Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We will ask you to provide details of the fault and, where possible, photographic evidence. Once we have confirmed the issue, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been damaged during play or due to improper use.

Return & Refund Process
To initiate a return for a faulty item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

Refunds will be processed once the return is approved. Depending on your original payment method, refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange for a new item to be sent to you after verifying the fault.
